We pride ourselves in being minority and women-owned and operated. We assist our clients in maintaining their independence by providing personalized reliable transportation to important engagements, meetings, training sessions, medical appointments, and educational facilities. Our focus is on delivering high-quality interactions with our clients and their families, counselors, and social workers. We are currently accepting new clients in Tennessee and in Florida. Jessica McDaniel is the Owner of My Lux Rides. Before becoming the creator of this company, she operationalized another transportation company in Middle Tennessee and was responsible for the development of all financial processes and end to end operational management of transportation activity and support. Jessica spent 14 years in the healthcare industry as a director. In that role she led multiple physician practices, served as a Privacy Officer in multiple facilities, and managed several teams in Health Information. It is her deepest honor to be able to serve the Blind, Visually Impaired, Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deafblind, and wheelchair user Communities in the Greater South-east states. Jessica is the mother of three children, two of whom have disabilities as Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Visually Impaired. She truly embraces and advocates for these communities and is looking forward to partnering with each client to enhance their access to greater independence.
Jessica holds a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration from Tennessee State University and a Master's of Science in Healthcare Administration from Austin Peay State University.
Lacey Corbitt is a married homeschooling mother of three. Prior to co-founding My Lux Rides, Mrs. Corbitt worked as a contract-driver for another non-medical transportation company. She has served in various administrative roles in the healthcare industry and is passionate about providing care for underserved communities and populations.
Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Belmont University.
